Reminder: Lunch pick up is from 11:00 to 12:00 today at the designated spots through out the district. Deliveries will be made in easily identified school vans.
Today, Governor Pritzker announced schools will remain closed through at least April 8, 2020. However, CUSD #20 will be on spring break at that time and we will NOT change our calendar. Thus, the earliest we would be back in session is Monday, April 13th.
REMINDER: Don't forget to call the CUSD #20 district office at 943-2326, to place your order for meals next week. Those who called in for sack lunches, need to call again for the meal and place of pick up.

Starting Monday, our free lunch menu has changed. Plus we are delivering to some district bus stops. Any CUSD #20 student is eligible to order a lunch by calling the Unit Office at 943-2326 on Friday, 3/20 between 8:00 and 12:00 to signup and let us know your pick up location.

Parents are asked to pick up their child's medicine by 3:30 today from the school he or she attends.
REMINDER: Free sack lunches will be handed out Wed 3/18, Fri 3/20, Mon 3/23, Wed 3/25, and Fri 3/27 from 10:00 to 12:00 at the front drive of Parkside Elementary School. Please call the Unit Office at 943-2326 to let us know which days you want a sack lunch.

CUSD #20 will be providing free sack lunches of ham sandwich, chips, carrots, fruit, dessert, and drink for anyone under 18 during the school closing. Lunches are provided Mon, Wed, and Fri from 10:00 to 12:00 in the Parkside circle drive. Call 945-2326 on 3/16 to order lunch.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the LCAC production of Legally Blonde has been postponed. LCAC will keep the community informed of rescheduled dates.
Governor Pritzker has ordered all public and private schools closed starting Tuesday, March 17th through Monday, March 30th. We will return to school on Tuesday, March 31st. During this time, there will be no extra curricular activities.
Reminder for 8th Grade Parents. Tonight is a meeting at 6:30 in the LHS Cafeteria for Freshmen Registration.
CUSD #20 will dismiss two hours early tomorrow, Friday, March 6, 2020 for a teacher In-service.
CUSD #20 is looking for three aides, a special education secretary, and bus drivers. Pick-up an application at the district office if interested.
CUSD #20 will dismiss one hour early on Thursday, February 13th. There will be no school on Friday (2/14) for Parent/teacher conferences or Monday (2/17) for Presidents' Day.
The boys basketball game at Newton for tonight has been canceled and will be played on Wednesday.
